Nestviz Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nestviz, a household retirement-planning web app. By creating an account or using Nestviz you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Nestviz.

The service

Nestviz lets you enter details about your household's accounts, income, spending and taxes and shows projections of your retirement finances. The service is provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time.

Not financial, tax or legal advice

Nestviz is an educational planning tool. Projections, tax estimates and simulations are estimates based on your inputs and simplified assumptions; they are not guarantees of future results and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Tax rules are simplified and may be out of date or not fit your situation. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Each account has one household and one login. Do not share your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights using Nestviz.
• Probe, scan or test the service's security, or try to access data that is not yours.
• Interfere with or overload the service, including with automated requests.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell the service except as the law allows.

Your data

You own the information you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate Nestviz for you. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Please enter only information you are comfortable storing in the service, and keep your own backup of anything important.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Nestviz at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if needed for security, or if we discontinue the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

Nestviz is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or savings, arising from your use of or inability to use Nestviz, including decisions made based on its projections. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use of Nestviz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
